Dog Walks - $23
A classic 30-minute stroll around your neighborhood. Great for potty breaks, sniff time, and stretching those furry legs. Dogs must be leash-trained. For dogs younger than 6 months, check out our puppy walks! $5 per additional dog with a limit of 3 dogs per walk.
Puppy Walks - $28
30-minute walks that include gentle, positive reinforcement-based leash guidance and extra patience for your curious, learning pup. Great for puppies still adjusting to the world! Limit of one puppy per walk.
Field Trips - $70
A 60–90 minute adventure to a local dog-friendly park or trail within 10 miles of your home —perfect for high-energy dogs who crave variety and extra stimulation. Includes safe transportation to and from the location. $10 per additional dog with a limit of 2 dogs per trip. $1 per additional mile beyond 10 miles.

Need help with other pet-related tasks? We also offer backyard pet waste cleanup, pet transport, pet supply pickup/delivery, and additional concierge services, which can be added on to any dog walking visit!

We walk up to three adult dogs per household at a time, provided they are well-behaved on leash. Additional fees apply for each dog beyond the first. Walks for dogs younger than 6 months are limited to one puppy per walk so that we can focus on instilling good leash habits.
We only walk dogs from the same household together - never with dogs from other clients. This ensures personalized attention and safety.

When booking your dog walking service, you have the option to choose from the following time frames:
Morning (7–10 AM)
Midday (10 AM–1 PM)
Afternoon (1–4 PM)
Evening (4–7 PM)
Your dog walker will arrive at some point within the scheduled time frame—we are generally unable to guarantee specific arrival times.

Because holidays are our busiest times, we have some special policies for those periods.
Deposit: Holiday bookings require a 50% deposit at least 2 weeks in advance. Please note that holiday periods fill up quickly, and booking as soon as possible is recommended. If our schedule is full, we can put you on a waitlist.
Holiday Cancellation Policies: No fee with 14+ days’ notice; 50% fee with 7-14 days' notice; 100% fee with less than 7 days' notice.
A $25 per day surcharge applies on the following days:
Easter Weekend (Friday-Sunday)
Memorial Day Weekend (Saturday-Monday)
July 3rd-6th
Labor Day Weekend (Saturday-Monday)
Thanksgiving Weekend (Thursday-Sunday)
December 24th-January 1st.
Clients enrolled in one of our monthly subscription plans are exempt from holiday surcharges.

We still walk in light rain or cold weather but will adjust the visit as needed to ensure your pet’s comfort and safety. In cases of severe weather (extreme heat, thunderstorms, icy conditions, etc.), we may substitute outdoor walks with indoor play/enrichment or reschedule if needed.
If Zoomies must cancel services due to severe weather, a refund will be issued within 3-5 days. Services cancelled by the client will be subject to our standard cancellation policies.

Payments for standard dog walking services are due in advance at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. For monthly subscription clients, payments are due on the 1st of each month (auto-pay clients will be automatically billed). Services not paid for in full by these deadlines will be subject to cancellation.
Payments must be made through the Zoomies client portal, either via ACH transfer or debit/credit card.

We understand that plans may change! Our cancellation policies are designed to protect both your time and ours. Cancellation fees will be applied as follows:
Standard Dog Walking Services:
No fee with 48+ hours’ notice
50% fee with 24–48 hours’ notice
100% fee with less than 24 hours’ notice
Holiday Bookings:
No fee with 14+ days’ notice
50% fee with 7–14 days’ notice
100% fee with less than 7 days’ notice
Approved refunds will be processed in 3-5 business days.
Some cancellations are unavoidable. We may waive cancellation fees in cases of documented emergencies, such as unexpected hospitalizations, family deaths, or natural disasters.
Cancellation/rescheduling requests may be submitted via client portal or by contacting Zoomies directly.

For regular dog walks, dogs are expected to be leash trained and, in the case of multiple dogs, must be trained to walk well together.
If your dog is under 6 months old or not leash trained, we offer puppy walks, which include basic leash training!
